Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, in a meeting with the head of Iran’s Administrative Court of Justice, emphasized the need to accelerate the processing of judicial cases and said,” According to the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), judges should have patience; They must not be tempted; Those who have accuracy and speed in judgment.”

Hawzah News Agency- Senior Shia scholar Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani, in a meeting with Iran’s head of the Administrative Court of Justice Hujjat al-Islam Hekmat Ali Mozaffari, emphasized the need to improve services and speed up the handling of judicial cases and issuance of votes.

This Shia source of emulation further referred to the letter 53 of Nahj al-Balagha by Hazrat Amir al-Momenin Ali (peace be upon him) addressed to Malik Ashtar when he was sent to the land of Egypt and stated,” Hazrat Amir al-Momenin Ali (peace be upon him) mentioned the characteristics of judges in this letter; According to the words of the pious Imam Hazrat Ali (PBUH), judges should be patient; They must not be tempted; They should demonstrate accuracy and speed in judgment.”

The senior scholar also considered the time for dealing with the judicial cases to be long, adding, “The proceedings should be accelerated; If the workload is heavy, you must increase the number of people or put people in the judgment seat who can combine accuracy and speed of action. Hazrat Amir al-Momenin Imam Ali (peace be upon him) handled many judicial issues in the mosque of Kufa at his time.”

Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani positively evaluated the evolution of the judicial system in recent years and noted,” We are witnessing the efforts and transformation in the judiciary and we hope that the service being provided will be further improved.”

At the beginning of this meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Hekmat Ali Mozaffari presented a report on the activities and services provided.
