Hawzah News Agency- Pakistan National Unity Council organized the "Support of the Oppressed" conference in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan to voice solidarity with Palestinian resistance.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Raja Nasser Abbas Jafari, Senator and Chairman of the Muslim Unity Council, said in this conference, "The Mujahideen of Gaza are defending the Islamic world; The Zionist regime is a danger to the Islamic world that must be destroyed.”
“Europe and The U.S. need Palestine to cover up their domestic issues. Pakistan is also an important player in The U.S. administration. America is behind the unrest and instability in Pakistan. Creating division and hatred between the people and the military is the agenda of U.S. politicians. It is The U.S. that has put people in the grip of debt and inflation so they are disappointed with the government. Food security is crucial for Pakistan. Here farmers are exploited. Economic crisis, political crisis, and people's despair is the result of U.S. conspiracies and the arrogant powers.” He added.
Referring to the awakening of young students in the West, he emphasized that a wave of awareness has begun in European and American universities. Today, European protesters chant the slogan to put an end to Israel's atrocities.
Sahibzada Mohammad Hamid Reza, the head of the Pakistan Sunni Unity Council, also made some remarks at this conference, saying, "The situation in Gaza is not specific to any particular country, but it is the problem of humanity. The hypocritical role of the Pakistani government in the ongoing crimes against Palestine is condemned. In Pakistan, rallies and public sentiments in support of Gaza are suppressed. A government that is not rooted in the people will not care about public sentiments. Why has this government's stance towards Palestine softened for Israel? We have no expectations from the current rulers.”
Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Ahmad Iqbal Razavi, Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Muslim Unity Assembly, also said,” Gaza is oppressed, but they do not bow down to colonialism. Efforts are being made to spread division in the Muslim world to easily conquer the Muslim community. Today, Gaza has united Shiites and Sunnis worldwide.”
He went on to say that the current situation in Kashmir is terrible. We condemn what is happening in Kashmir right now. People's words should be listened to and their problems should be solved immediately.
Mufti Gulzar Ahmad Naimi, the head of Pakistan's Jamaat Ahl Haram, described the role of some Islamic rulers regarding the Gaza war as disturbing and noted, "The problem of Muslims is lack of unity, Islamic rulers have lost the right to lead. By understanding the hypocrisy of the arrogant powers, they should think of a solution to deal with it while maintaining unity and empathy.”
“The usurping Israeli army has failed despite all its strength. Innocent Palestinians have tarnished Israel's arrogance and will remain confined within their borders.”
