Indian cleric Hujjat al-Islam Heydar Ali Fereshteh said,” Martyrs have a very high position in the eyes of God. Those who sacrifice their lives for the sake of religion and truth are highly favored by God.”

Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Haider Ali Fereshteh, the head of Hyderabad Ulama Assembly, strongly condemned the incident in Kerman and said,” Martyrs have a very high position in the eyes of Islam. Those who sacrifice their lives for the sake of religion and truth are highly favored by God.”

He further stated,” Over time, the spiritual strength of the martyrs becomes more attractive than their outward lives because their souls become more powerful and dignified after being freed from the outward cage of the body. This is a secret that the enemies also understand well, and the evil forces are afraid of the spiritual power and dignity of the martyrs. For this reason, even today, the graves of imams and martyrs are attacked and bombed.”

He added,” Martyrs are a symbol of humanity and stand as a strong barrier against the evil and false intentions of enemies and terrorists. Also, Martyr Qassim Soleimani was a faithful, righteous and self-sacrificing personality of this era, whose martyrdom is a source of pride for the nations of Iran, Iraq, Syria and India.”

He said, "It is with great sadness that we found out that two large explosions occurred near the tomb of martyr Lieutenant General Qassim Soleimani in Kerman province, among the crowd of hundreds of pilgrims who attended the fourth anniversary of martyr Qassim Soleimani. It was a catastrophic incident in which more than 95 people were martyred and hundreds of people were injured.”

At the end, he said,” We, the members of Hyderabad Ulama Assembly, strongly condemn this terrorist and cowardly attack. While asking for forgiveness and honor for the martyrs of this incident, we offer our condolences to the families and survivors of the martyrs, the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, scholars and believers.”
