Hawzah News Agency- Senior Shia scholar Grand Ayatollah Mazaheri, in a message condemning the terrorist incident in Kerman on Friday, January 5, said,” The relevant authorities should quickly identify the perpetrators of this great tragedy and punish them for their shameful actions.”

The text of Grand Ayatollah Mazaheri's condolence message following the terrorist incident in Kerman is as follows:

The bitter and sad terrorist incident in the city of Kerman, which led to the martyrdom of a large number of faithful and innocent fellow citizens, is a cause of great sorrow and grief.

The dirty hand of the perpetrators, who carried out this terrible tragedy with the utmost cruelty and wickedness, was contaminated with the pure blood of people with faith and innocence, who had gathered to honor the memory of the martyrs of the path of truth and virtue, and in memory of General Martyr Soleimani. Undoubtedly, the punishment of these stone-hearted criminals will be divine wrath and vengeance.

It is hoped that the relevant officials will quickly and accurately identify the perpetrators and leaders of this great disaster and punish them for their shameful actions.

I offer my condolences to all the bereaved in this tragic calamity and to the noble and resilient people of Kerman, and I ask God Almighty for patience, peace and reward for those who are patient, and for the elevation of the ranks of the dear martyrs and deceased of this heartbreaking tragedy, as well as healing and well-being. I also offer my condolences to the injured and those who suffered in this incident.
