Hawzah News Agency-Senior Shia cleric Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani, in a video message to the 13th national meeting of the community of teachers and scholars, emphasized on keeping the revolutionary spirit alive in the seminaries; he further appreciated the wise guidance of the supreme leader of the revolution and stated that he had the same firmness as Late Imam Khomeini (RA) sine he has preserved and managed this revolution.

Referring to a hadith of Imam Sadiq (PBUH) regarding the duties of the scholars, the Grand Ayatollah said,” Knowing the time is one of the important duties of the scholars in such a way that the people of the time and the culture of the time are known; Our time is special sensitive one since a revolution took place by Imam Khomeini and he was able to suppress the arrogant front with his timely thoughts and form a revolution based on religious teachings.”

Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani considered the eradication of poverty and injustice in the society, defending the oppressed, confronting the oppressor and defending Palestine as only part of the Imam Khomeini’s philosophy and added,” Today, the issue of Palestine should be at the top of the world's issues, and implementing this issue is a duty for scholars.”

He considered the separation of the seminary from politics and society as a conspiracy by the enemies and emphasized,” Late Imam Khomeini recognized this conspiracy well and did not allow this evil plan to be implemented; We should also beware of this evil plan today.”
