Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani Condemns Insulting Quran

Senior Scholar Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani condemned the recent move in Sweden to burn the Holy Quran and said,” The slogan of freedom of speech in the West, like the slogan of human rights, is nothing more than a lie.”

Hawzah News Agency- Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani, at the beginning of his jurisprudence course today, which was held in the Grand Mosque of Qom, congratulated the birth anniversary of Imam al-Baqir (PBUH) and condemned the recent move in Sweden to burn the Holy Quran and said,” What is certain is such insult is due to the fact that they cannot argue with logic and reasoning.”

This Shia source of emulation further added, “They perform such outrageous acts and the other result of this action is that the slogan of freedom of expression in the West, like the slogan of human rights, is nothing more than a lie and they only use it to justify their crimes. We condemn this insult to the Holy Quran.”
