She created the brand to help her kids after noticing a lack of Muslim friendly toys for kids on the market. “As a Muslim parent, I wanted to gently nurture their love for Islam but there weren’t any toys to help me do this”. She began the company a decade ago, without a second thought after making up her mind. “From concept to market, it took about 9 months to release the products” Farzana says.
When the Desi Doll Company was born, I made it my mission to design great toy resources that would help parents teach their children about Islam through, fun and interactive play”.
