Hawzah News Agency- The Romanian ambassador to Tehran, Mirla Carmen Greco, accompanied by René Cicaro, the senior diplomat of the Romanian embassy in Tehran, visited the holy shrine of Lady Masuma (as) in Qom. The Romanian delegation was received by the members of International Affairs Office of the Lady Masuma Shrine.

During the visit, the Romanian ambassador to Tehran was briefed on the history and architecture of the holy shrine of Lady Masuma (as), the position of her holiness among the Shia community, her influence on the Iranian revolution, and the scientific and spiritual capacities of the holy city of Qom.

Romanian ambassador also paid a visit to several notable tombs in the holy shrine. Mirla Carmen Greco, The Romanian ambassador was later welcomed by the members of International Affairs Office of the Holy Shrine, during which he was honored by receiving a volume of exquisite Qur'an with English translation.

On the sidelines of this visit, he also wrote a note in the notebook of foreign guests of Lady Masuma holy shrine and then visited the tomb of Parvin Etesami, renowned Persian poet.
