The religious leaders in the Kingdom of Thailand’s and in Southeast Asian countries praised the visit of the Muslim World League’s delegation led by its Secretary General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa to the Kingdom of Thailand.

Hawzah News Agency – The Muslim leaders in Southeast Asian countries acclaim the MWL’s visit to Thailand and the productive meeting it had with the Buddhist leadership.

Pattani University in Thailand honors Dr. Al-Issa and grants him an honorary doctorate in recognition of his efforts in Islamic work.

Dr. Al-Issa lectures on the "Alliance of Civilizations" in the oldest and most famous Thai University.

The Prime Minister and Parliament speakers heap great praise for the contents of the lecture. The King’s University publishes its contents.

Al-Issa meets with Sheikhs and imams in Thailand and delivers a lecture on “Religious Tolerance and Building Bridges” at the Islamic Center Council.

The religious leaders in the Kingdom of Thailand’s and in Southeast Asian countries praised the visit of the Muslim World League’s delegation led by its Secretary General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa to the Kingdom of Thailand and the productive meetings that took place with Thai religious leaders of all classes. Stating the visit underlined Islam’s well-deserved image, embodying the meanings of cultural progress suffused in the Islamic awareness, specifically its thoughtful views on human diversity, and regards for its right to exist. Hence, it is considered a universal norm, which necessitates full cooperation among all to achieve their own common good.

Thus, the Pattani Thai University awarded His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Al-Issa an Honorary Doctorate. Government, community and academic leaders, and a number of researchers, students, and invited guests attended the ceremony in appreciation of the Islamic duties that had a clear impact in serving Islamic work and clarifying the truth of its teachings, especially in this region which is most religiously and ethnically diverse. This visit comes within the framework of the Muslim World League's duty in serving Islam and contributing to the promotion of peace efforts around the world.
