Hawzah News Agency –The head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, in his meeting with a group of visiting Turkish thinkers and scholars said the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution released by the Supreme Leader is the basis for the realization of a modern Islamic civilization.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Qadir Akaras, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Assembly of Scholars of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) of Turkey, known as (Ahlaldar) and the accompanying delegation during their visit to Iran while attending ICRO met with the head of this organization.
Emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey have lots of cultural commonalities, Hojjatoleslam Imanipour said Iran and Turkey have a long history of civilization, interaction and cultural exchange and this cultural and civilizational proximity has led to cohesion of these two nations.
Elaborating on the importance of the role of neighboring countries in the development of cultural cooperation, he said the Supreme Leader and the administration of President Ebrahim Raisi, pay special attention to international interaction and cultural relations with neighboring countries and Turkey in particular and that’s why his organization’s priority is to promote cultural ties with neighboring countries.
Hojatolislam Imanipour, referring to the statement by the Supreme Leader on the second step towards Islamic Civilization, said we consider the Islamic Revolution as a living phenomenon and constantly growing and developing. The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and the number of supporters of this holy system around the world is increasing every day.
He added that this new civilization, which we named the modern Islamic civilization, is in fact the new human civilization, because issues such as human instincts, including justice, morality, spirituality, the right style of healthy living are discussed in the second step statement, so the new Islamic civilization we do not consider it exclusive to Islamic societies, but to the whole world.
Qadir Akaras, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) Ulema Association of Turkey, known as (Ahlaldar) for his part, while congratulating appointment of Hojjatoleslam Imanipour as the new head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, said Islamic Republic of Iran shines in the Islamic world and all over the world.
He said the Assembly of Ulema of Turkey was established in 2011 with the center in Istanbul. This forum consists of the majority of active Shiite scholars in Turkey.
Akaras said that organizing issues related to Shiite mosques and active Huseiniyes in Turkey, establishing continuous relations between Shiite missionaries in Turkey and Western European countries, including the Balkans and the Caucasus, establishing relations between the Shiite community and the Turkish government and resolving Shiite political and legal problems, greater coordination between Shiites, establishing relations with Sunni scholars and intellectuals within the framework of unity, informing the news of the Shiite world and cooperating with the 14th TV channel in the fields of science and education are among the goals and policies pursued in this forum.
Hojjatoleslam Hussein Moradi, Dolatabadi, Vice President for Admission and International of the Short-Term Education Center of Al-Mustafa International University (PBUH), also attending this meeting said due to these core values and focus on quality indicators, it has placed this institute among the top scientific and cultural centers in the world in a strategic relationship with the goals of the Mostafa International Society.
Hojjatoleslam Moradi-Dolatabadi stated the scholars of Turkey have done admirable actions in the field of religious and Quranic research and for this purpose, they call for the cooperation and synergy of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, especially in the field of translation and publication.
Abolhassan Khalaj Monfared, Acting Deputy chairman of ICRO for International Cultural also said in his speech Islamic values are rooted in Turkey and the presence of Turkish scholars after the Islamic Revolution has been positive.
