Hawzah News Agency –According to the Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), in the decree issued by Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Ismaili for the appointment of Hojatoleslam Emanipour, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance has underlined the importance of suing the services of young and revolutionary managers and Cultural Attaches. The text of the appoint decree is as follows:
Honorable Hojatoleslam, Mehdi Emanipour
Considering the commitment, executive experiences and long-standing familiarity you have with cultural activities abroad, and according to the approval of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the approval of the Supreme Leader and Guardian of the Muslims of the world, Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, hereby, you are appointed as the New Head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization for three years.
It is hoped that by relying on God Almighty and considering the goals and description of the duties of the organization and the statements and orders of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, you will use your best efforts to perform the following missions:
1- The use of young and revolutionary forces in the management levels inside and outside the country
2- Adherence to the articles of association of the organization and realization of its provisions
3- Coordinating to explain and promote the positions and cultural goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran
4- Development of international cultural relations in all fields and maximum use of the cultural potentials of the country and the ministry
5- Planning and carrying out necessary measures for the presence of the people of culture, literature and art of the Islamic Republic of Iran in cultural festivals and exhibitions in other countries
6- Sustainable and effective development of cultural relations with all neighboring countries
7- Deepening relations and using the capacity of international cultural organizations such as ECO, ISESCO, Islamic Jurisprudence Association, Arsika and other international organizations
8- Expanding cultural dialogues along with religious dialogues with the world"s cultural elites
9- Localization of international cultural activities
10- Paying special attention to Iranians abroad and facilitating their participation in cultural activities and events
11- Accurate implementation of cultural agreements and concluding new agreements in order to develop and spread the culture and art of Islam and the Islamic Revolution
12- Planning and carrying out the necessary coordination in order to conclude cultural memorandum of understanding in international relations.
13- Supporting the promotion of Persian language and literature in other countries, especially in the region
It is expected that you provide a continuous quarterly report on the progress of the implementation of the mentioned clauses.
It is worthwhile to use the faithful, talented, efficient, energetic and forces familiar with international issues in order to present a correct picture of the values, culture and civilization of Islamic Iran, and to develop and promote cultural events and occasions with benevolent nations of the world, especially Muslims and believers and those who are interested in culture and literature derived from the true religion.
I am obliged to appreciate and thank the constructive efforts and services of our brother and scholar, Dr. Abuzar Ebrahimi Turkaman, in his long-term responsibility in this organization for more than 8 years.
I ask God Almighty for more success in serving the sacred system of the Islamic Republic and achieving the goals of the people"s government, under the care of Imam of the Age (May Almighty God Hasten his Reappearance) and the wise leadership of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei.
