Hawzah News Agency - Prior to his visit, he said that he was impressed by Imam Husayn (as).

After visiting the holy city of Karbala, he said that Karbala represents the spiritual capital for Iraqi people. 

He also said that Iraq was the first Arab country that established diplomatic relations with China, and there are 23 million Muslims in China, who play a major role in building China.

He praised the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority, his Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Sistani for his major role in maintaining the peace, independence, and sovereignty of Iraq.
