Hawzah News Agency- Al-Moussawi, in a memorial ceremony, pointed out that protecting the territory and defending Lebanese citizens is at the core of the government’s responsibilities, and said that the government’s failure to fulfill this responsibility in the past was one of the reasons that forced the people of the south to bear the burden of defending their territory.
Appreciating the Lebanese army, he stated that what Lebanon needs is to create a strong army and provide it with the resources and political will to enable it to fulfill its duty to protect the country.
Referring to the accusations and conspiratorial actions of the enemies of the resistance inside and outside Lebanon, the head of Hezbollah's media delegation stated: "Pressures, threats, and media movements cannot force us to abandon our options and principles. Our confrontation with the enemy is not limited to the military aspect, but also includes the enemy's efforts to influence public opinion and weaken our will and morale."
In conclusion, recalling the turning points of the confrontation with the Israeli occupation since the 1980s, which led to the liberation of southern Lebanon in 2000 and the July 2006 war, Al-Moussawi emphasized that the process of fighting the enemy must be examined in a long-term framework and not through a single stage, and that building human capacity, will, and morale is an essential element in confronting challenges.
