Hawzah News Agency- Around 6,000 baby boys were given the name in 2025, nearly 2,000 more than Noah, which ranked second. Muhammad and Noah have held the top two positions since 2023, wiHath the gap between them widening from the previous year, The National reported.
Muhammad has ranked among the top 10 boys’ names since 2016 and has appeared in the top 100 every year since 1997. The spelling Mohammed first entered the top 100 in 1924.
