Friday Prayer Leader: Iran has conquered global minds, Western leaders admit shifting reality

A senior Iranian cleric says the Islamic Republic has achieved victory in the battle for global public opinion, with Western leaders now openly acknowledging the shifting balance of power in favor of Iran.

Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Habibullah Shabani, the Friday Prayer leader of Hamadan in Iran, made the remarks during his weekly sermon, calling on worshippers to observe piety, particularly in the political arena, which he described as essential for safeguarding the country's achievements under current conditions.

Reflecting on the events of the past two months and the martyrdom of resistance leaders alongside innocent children, Shabani stated that the blood spilled and the steadfastness displayed have yielded significant gains for the nation. He stressed that protecting these achievements is even more critical than the gains themselves for resolving future economic, cultural and political challenges.

The cleric asserted that Iran's foremost accomplishment has been the conquest of global thought and consciousness.

"Today, the German chancellor says Iran is humiliating the United States. European presidents speak of Europe's awakening. Putin has also stated that when Russia, China and Iran exist, no one can act as the ruler of the entire world," Shabani said.

He underlined that the Islamic Republic has succeeded in winning over the minds of intellectuals and analysts worldwide. "There was a time when Dubai and Turkey were the dream destinations for some in Iran, but today world powers rank Islamic Iran alongside the top global powers."

The Friday Prayer leader further pointed to the strategic leverage Iran holds. "The Strait of Hormuz is our tool of pressure and sanction in response to the enemy's sanctions. Just last night, the Iranian navy denied passage to aggressor vessels."

Shabani cautioned that while the enemies speak of negotiations, they would resort to military action if they could. He warned that the probability of tensions rising in the coming month is high, calling for vigilance, unity and a strong public presence on the streets.
