Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani emphasized that the lofty position of Lady Zainab (PBUH) cannot be comprehended or adequately expressed. “Is it possible to speak about the status of this lady?” he asked rhetorically. “Her status is beyond all description; she is the adornment of the Commander of the Faithful.”
His Eminence’s remarks were made on January 1, 2019, in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab (peace be upon her), the noble daughter of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and a symbol of steadfastness and sacrifice in Islamic history.
