Hawzah News Agency- In a statement condemning the recent Israeli attacks on Gaza and the forced displacement of Palestinians, Naqvi said: “Israel is merely a tool, while the real perpetrators of genocide, famine and atrocities in Gaza are global colonial powers.”
He described the international “Resistance Flotilla” as a symbol of hope and resilience for the people of Gaza, noting that the convoy, which departed Spain on August 31 with representatives from 44 countries aboard 70 ships, delivers a strong message of humanity and steadfastness in the face of oppression.
Referring to the Islamic Summit, Naqvi expressed regret that despite expectations for bold measures, the declaration issued by Muslim states was followed almost immediately by further Israeli attacks. He stressed that Israel continues its crimes with the backing of global powers, killing thousands while threatening more violence.
Naqvi concluded by urging the international community and the Islamic world to provide support and security for the flotilla, saying that while the aid may be limited, it represents “the first drop in the rain of mercy and hope” for the oppressed people of Gaza.
