Hawzah News Agency- Issa al-Sayyid Muhammad al-Khursan, the Custodian of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH), has announced that more than 6.3 million pilgrims arrived in Najaf province to visit the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH).

Al-Khursan announced in a statement,” According to the documents recorded by the camera equipped with electronic counting technology of the Information Technology Center of the Holy Shrine, the total number of pilgrims to the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) on the anniversary of the martyrdom of that great Imam reached 6 million, 391, 390 people.

Miqdad Miri, spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, previously announced the success of the security plan for the pilgrimage of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (PBUH) in Najaf province, and praised the role of the media in covering the ceremony.
