Hawzah News Agency- the Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi was a keynote speaker at the unveiling ceremony of Tasnim Quranic Interpretation by Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli at Dar al-Shifa Seminary School in Qom on Monday, February 24, during which he stated that great developments have occurred in Qom regarding Quranic interpretation, and stated,” In the field of formal and informal interpretation courses, new trends, and the processing of new topics and knowledge related to the Holy Quran, the formation of Quranic institutions, the growth of dissertations and articles, books, magazines, encyclopedias, and Quranic software, we have witnessed great steps taken by seminarians to be present in developing Quranic sciences.”

The Head of Iran’s seminaries further noted that great interpretations have been compiled in this field by senior Shia authorities in Qom and Najaf. These Quranic developments have taken place in the light of the glorious Islamic Revolution."

The chairman of the conference unveiling the precious Tasnim interpretation continued,” The seminary has taken great steps in the field of Quranic interpretation and interpretation courses in the years following the Islamic revolution, yet we are still at the beginning of the path. As the supreme leader pointed out, the seminary still needs to take great steps in this direction. Interpretation must be cast in all our scientific and knowledge fields.”
