Hawzah News Agency- Amidst the tragic events of recent days, the World Center for Shia Studies issued a statement in defense of the oppressed Shiites of Parachinar condemning the takfiri and extreme Wahhabism as follows:

Just at the time when the Islamic world needs unity and integrity in order to confront the Zionists who kill innocent children in Gaza, the unfortunate news of the terrorist attack in Shia Muslim in Parachinar dominates the media, that about forty Shia Muslims of this region have been killed and injured by takfiri groups.

These events go to prove that Takfirism and Zionism are two sides of the same coin, which are designed to create insecurity among Muslims by the enemies of Islam.

The World Center for Shia Studies strongly condemns the siege of Parachinar by Takfiri groups and the mass killing of Shia Muslims in this area and warns against turning Parachinar into a second Gaza. It asks the government of Pakistan to take a serious and decisive approach to address the causes of sectarian conflicts in Parachinar in order to prevent the abuse of takfiri movements, which are the foot soldiers of international Zionism.

We ask God for dignity of Islam and the unity of Muslim communities around the world and the destruction of Zionism and Takfiri Wahhabism.
