Hawzah News Agency- Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani condemned the insult to the holy sanctities in a statement; the senior scholar further praised the revolutionary spirit of the Iranian people and emphasized that the Iranian authorities should listen to the people's demands in order to solve their problems.

Once again, by abusing the pure feelings of a few people in The Islamic Republic of Iran, a number of people insulted the Holy Qur’an, the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and the holy places; this caused a lot of grief and sorrow.

Enemies should beware that the noble people of The Islamic Republic of Iran have always been and are defenders of the principles of the system as well as the revolution, and they are protective of their sanctities, so the situation of such troublemakers is different from the ranks of the people; the people never want to destroy the public property, insult the sanctities nor create insecurity.

It is necessary for the officials of the country to listen to the people's demands in order to solve their problems and they must also be sensitive to people’s rights; they should take into account that Imam Ali (PBUH) said,” The pillars of religion are these people and it was these people who on the way of the revolution sacrificed their lives and property and still stand by the cause of the Late Imam Khomeini as well as the Islamic revolution; any insult to the holy sanctities and violation of the rights of people and the public properties is condemned.
