Hawzah News Agency –President Bashar al-Assad, Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed forces, instructed to raise the external study subsidy three doubles for the students who are sons of the martyrs, full disability wounded and the missing, who study outside the schools of the martyrs’ sons and daughters.
