Hawzah News Agency- The agreement was signed by Hojatoleslam Mohammad Bagher Saeedi Roshan, head of the Research Institute of the Seminary and the University, and Hojatoleslam Mohammad Sharifani, head of the Center for Islamic Culture of Indonesia.
The MoU aims to promote collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including joint research projects, authorship and publication of academic works, translation and dissemination of Islamic studies in multiple languages, and facilitation of non-Iranian students’ admission to postgraduate programs in Iran.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will also cooperate in developing course syllabi, organizing joint research programs, and providing academic consultation and research services.
The memorandum further emphasizes respect for intellectual property rights in all joint projects, with both parties committing to acknowledge each other’s contributions in published materials.
Both sides also agreed that new initiatives aligned with the shared objectives of the MoU may be added in the future to enhance cooperation.
The signing of this agreement marks a step toward expanding scientific and cultural exchanges between Iran and Indonesia and is expected to help boost academic collaboration and mutual understanding between the two nations.
