Hawzah News Agency- The Chairman of Pakistan Shia Ulema Council Hujjat al-Islam Seyed Sajid Ali Naqvi, issued a message of condolence on the occasion of the day of mourning in response to the contradictory statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the announcement of the day of mourning by the Prime Minister's Office, stating, "The opinion of the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, about Palestine is our final policy. The policy of the founder of the nation regarding Palestine should be a model of foreign policy. Unfortunately, these important principles have been continuously played with and these games must stop.”
He reiterated that the nation of Pakistan is mourning the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh along with the Muslim community. Today, every person who feels the pain of humanity understands this great tragedy.
Referring to the message of the founder of the Pakistani nation, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, to the Arab world at the time, the head of the Shia Ulema Council of Pakistan said, "Insist on your rights and take care that not even a single Jew enters Palestine. This is a dagger in the heart of the Ummah and Pakistan." We will never recognize this illegitimate government".
He further said,” Why is this sensitive and important issue neglected? It is also clear that the approval of the Palestine resolution along with the Pakistan resolution on March 23, 1940 in the "Pakistan Minar" is of great significance.”
He added, "The issue of Palestine is a humanitarian and crucial one and it is linked to the foundation of Pakistan because the freedom movement of Pakistan and the freedom movement of Palestine are connected to one other."
