Head of Iran’s seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with Vice President of Iran in the field of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy during which he stated,” Through a comprehensive analysis we must finalize a precise program on how to implement the civilizational aspect of the Islamic revolution in scientific affairs. “

Hawzah News Agency- Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with Iran’s Vice President in the field of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy Dr. Rouhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi on Monday, April 29 in his office in Qom during which he stated, “The two pillars of science and technology and religious spirituality are of great significance in Islamic revolution.”

The senior cleric referred to the operation True Promise against the Zionist regime which led to the change of balance in the region as well as the world politics based on the original principles of the Late Imam Khomeini (RA) adding, “Throughout this process the scientific and technological advances have had a pivotal role.”

The Head of Iran’s seminary further noted that any scientific movement should be accompanied by the civilizational spirit of the Islamic revolution and said,” In order to realize this eminent purpose we must persevere and make sincere efforts in that regard.”

Elsewhere in his remarks he said that through a comprehensive analysis of the situation we must finalize a precise program on how to implement the civilizational aspect of the Islamic revolution in scientific affairs. “

Pointing out that such an effort can be extremely complex he noted that we must move towards this goal step by step adding, “With this perspective, the universities and academic institutions in Iran should have gone international and the necessary steps must have been taken.”
