Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with the members of the City Council of Qom, which was held at the administration office of seminaries, said, "The people, the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatima Masoumeh (PBUH) and the Islamic seminary are three main axes of Qom, and actions should be taken revolving around these axes.”

Pointing out that the city council can form a specialized group in order to make decisions, he said,” activities should not be such that people feel a sense of backwardness in city management affairs.”

The head of Iran’s seminary further noted that the seminary and holy shrine manifest the true essence of Qom and stated,” If this spirit is overlooked, the identity of the city of Qom will be lost.”

Pointing out that human resources are of great significance, he pointed out,” Staffing means that young talents will gradually enter the city council in order to gain experience.”

Stating that there is a huge capital to attract pilgrims in Qom, Ayatollah Arafi clarified,” Today there are seminary students from all over the world studying in Qom.”

The member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts went on to say that the opportunity to attract capital should be used more efficiently, and added,” the Islamic seminary can also cooperate with the city management group in this matter.”

The head of Iran’s seminary stated that more attention should be paid to architecture and noted,” Attention should be paid to the spirit of Islamic and Iranian architecture in urban planning programs.”
