Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Mohammad Naqib, at the closing ceremony of the 46th national competition of the Holy Quran of the Islamic Republic, referred to the high capacity of the Quran in research work and said,” One of the duties of the Islamic system is to expand the teaching of Holy Quran.”
The head of the University of Sciences and Education of the Holy Quran while referring to the opinions of Napoleon Bonaparte regarding Quranic teachings and principles stated,” Even Napoleon Bonaparte's wish was to establish a government based on Quranic principles, and this shows how valuable and authoritative the Holy Quran is.”
Referring to the existence of scientific journals in Iran, he stated,” There are more than 750 journals in the field of humanities, and only one percent are dedicated to Quranic research, and our share among international journals is insignificant, because they have media and express their own opinions, they publish it all over the world and we don't have a media and our efforts in the international sector are insufficient.”
Emphasizing the internationalization of Quranic competitions, Hujjat al-Islam Naqib concluded,” I hope that the international discussions of Holy Quran will expand so that we can convey the truth to the world.”
