Hawzah News Agency- Faleh al-Fayaz, head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, during a speech on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of the commanders of the victory, Hajj Qassim Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, emphasized,” If it were not for the sincerity, honesty and high goal of Grand Ayatollah Sistani, the fatwa of Jihad issued by him would not have such a huge effect.”

He added,” We as members of Hashd al-Shaabi have a special feeling on this occasion, and we ask God Almighty to be among the heirs of these people and the guardians of their path and goals.”

Al-Fayaz continued,” When it comes to the character of Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis and Haj Qassim Soleimani, we are in the presence of an unparalleled sincerity, it is this sincerity that has given them this value and influence in the region.”

The head of Hashd al-Shaabi emphasized,” the character of Hajj Qassim Soleimani has such a huge influence on all security and political organizations that have a lot of influence in the region, and he highlighted the resistance forces that were able to resist global hegemony in this region over the past two decades.”

He clarified,” Sincerity should be the basis of the actions of anyone who carries out a real and eminent goal that contains all the values and all great meanings.”
