A number of Friday prayer leaders and Al-Mustafa's graduates from India met with Dr. Abbasi, president of Al-Mustafa International University during a trip to Qom to discuss expanding cooperation.

Hawzah News Agency- A number of Friday prayers leaders and Al-Mustafa's graduates from India met with Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi during a trip to Qom on Sunday, May 29.

According to the report, the president of Al-Mustafa University, welcomed the graduates of Al-Mustafa University and noted, "We are proud that the graduates of Al-Mustafa University are serving everywhere in the world and are a beacon of light for their society."

Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi called Al-Mustafa University a symbol of rationality, unity of Islamic religions and stated, the revival of Islamic civilization and the dignity of Muslims depend on Islamic unity. In recent decades, all Muslims have suffered greatly from extremism and religious strife, and many people have fallen victim to these conflicts. Al-Mustafa University has based its strategy from the beginning on the basis of promoting Islamic unity and brotherhood, and the graduates of Al-Mustafa University everywhere in the world should be a model and expression of this fundamental strategy.

At the end of the meeting, President of Al-Mustafa University Hujjat al-Islam Abbasi highlighted the historic ties between the two nations of Iran and India and added, “Iran and India have deep historical relations and there are deep cultural ties between the two nations. We hope that such meeting will help you get more acquainted with the new capacities of the Islamic seminary and lead to the development of scientific and cultural relations.
