Hawzah News Agency (Ankara, Turkey) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's son Bilal Erdoğan on Monday said Muslim thinkers and scientists will lead a new age in which they play a key role in the world's future.
Bilal Erdoğan, who is a board member of the Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Research Foundation for the History of Science in Islam, made the statement during a panel held in honour of the namesake of the foundation.
Erdoğan said Turkey needs the resolve and scientific presence of Muslim thinkers, who according to him hold information on the West's activities during the leap into the Industrial Revolution.
