Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – At the sixth session of series of international contemplation meetings on religious and cultural issues that was held by the Iranian Seminaries' Office for International Relations at the Management Center of Islamic Seminaries and was attended by Afghanistan’s cultural and religious experts and scholars, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Mofid Husseini Kouhsari said, "One of the goals of these meetings is the interaction of the Iranian seminaries with scholars, religious and cultural centers and Sunni and Shia seminaries in other countries."
Director of Iranian Seminaries' Office for International Relations emphasized the international mission of the Islamic seminaries and said, "The seminary has a lot of capacities in various fields such as research, education and Islamic propagation, especially in the area of religion and culture which can be presented to the global audience."
Hujjat al-Islam Husseini Kouhsari went on to say, "Another purpose of these meetings is to identify the religious and cultural priorities of different countries, including Afghanistan."
The CEO of Hawzah News Agency asked Afghan scholars and religious experts to help the media sector of the Iranian seminaries with their ideas, consultation and cooperation on religious and cultural matters of the Islamic society of Afghanistan.
