Qom University sings MOU with Islamic University of Lebanon

Hujjat al-Islam Askar Dirbaz, Dean of University of Qom, paid a visit to Islamic University of Lebanon and signed a memorandum of understanding with Mrs. Dina Almouli, president of the university.

Hawzah News Agency (Beirut, Lebanon) – At the beginning of the meeting which has held on Monday, May 22, Mrs. Dina Almouli, president of Lebanon's Islamic University welcomed the Iranian delegation and said, "The Islamic University of Lebanon is trying to present Islam in a bright and positive light; in the meantime, we're aiming to strengthen the national unity within Lebanon as well as developing scientific cooperation with foreign universities."

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to develop cultural, scientific and academic cooperation in future. They also considered the possibility of organizing joint conferences and initiating exchange programs between the two universities.

At the end of the meeting, the two delegations drafted a memorandum of understating to be signed in near future hoping to expand their mutual cooperation.
