Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Syed Nazir Abbas Taqvi, Secretary-General of the Shia Scholars Council of Pakistan, spoke in Karachi, Pakistan, where he paid tribute to the martyred leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei and stressed that the strength and stability of the Islamic Revolution today are the fruit of the martyred leader's wisdom, foresight and guidance.
Referring to the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region and the world, he stated: "By the grace of the wise leadership and guidance of the martyred Supreme Leader, Iran has become an influential power in the region. Today, global colonialism and arrogance, once thought invincible, face weakness and impotence on the international stage."
The Secretary-General of the Shia Scholars Council of Pakistan went on to point to America's economic problems and the rise in popular protests in Western countries, saying: "Recent developments have led nations and Islamic countries to view global powers more realistically." According to him, countries that once considered the US and the Zionist regime the guarantors of their survival and security, and viewed American military bases as their security backbone, now witness these powers' inability to provide their own security.
Referring to the words of the martyred Syed Hassan Nasrallah, he recalled: "Countries that consider the US and the Zionist regime their support and the guarantor of their survival must know that the existence of these two is frailer than a spider's web. Today this reality has become clear to the world."
The Secretary-General of the Shia Scholars Council of Pakistan, referring to the positions of Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, stated: "The Supreme Leader's clear message to the world is that the Iranian nation will not retreat a single step in defending its security, independence and rights. As long as the demands raised by the Iranian government are not accepted, the negotiation process will not bear fruit."
He concluded with a warning: "If America once again commits a folly and attacks Iran, the consequences of this action will not be limited to Iran, and the whole world will bear its costs."
