Hawzah News Agency- Senior Shia scholar Grand Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli said in a meeting with Iran’s presidential candidate Dr. Muhammad Baqer Qalibaf on Sunday, June 23,” There is a noble hadith that says, your brother is the one who tells the truth and is honest with you even if he offends you; This is a very enlightening hadith.”

He continued to say that Iran has huge capital, the pure blood of martyrs and its blessings, it also has many God-given reserves, Iran is connected to several seas, we enjoy vast forests, we have huge fertile farmland, we must manage correctly and use these resources properly.

His Excellency further noted, “Mulla Amirul Momineen Ali, peace be upon him, says, A country that has water, soil, should be able to govern itself; It is not acceptable that our country with all these capitals sees embezzlement. Corruption must be prevented first to run the country.”

This Shia source of emulation also added that we the people of Iran are great people, we do not mean seminarians and academics, we mean the people of Iran. We enjoy a rich history and geography, we have thousands of years of scientific works, and we have great scientists and scholars in this country who also have many scientific works, the people of Iran are civilized and these people should be handled with understanding and affection.

Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli said the Iranian nation is loyal if they see that the problems of the country have been solved, and there is no embezzlement, nor hypocrisy, the officials fight against corruption in the country, and they also respect the law. Iranian people should be treated with compassion and respect, tact, politeness, and culture.
