Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Farhani, a member of Iran’s Assembly of Leadership Experts, stated at the conference of leaders of the Islamic Revolution, which was held in the conference hall of Ardabil Province,” Before the Islamic Revolution, there were three views of Islam, and Imam Khomeini (RA) introduced the main and pure Islam to the people.”

He clarified,” The first view, which was Marxist, believed that there is no possibility of revolution through religion, and the European view also believed that religion is related to childhood and people turn to it in times of danger and floods.”

Hujjat al-Islam Farhani continued,” The third opinion that is ruling the whole world now is American version of Islam, which showed religion to be effective but made it personal, its characteristic was that they believed any theory that has more fruits is more useful and at this time it was that Imam Khomeini (RA) introduced pure Islam.”

A member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts noted,” The Islamic Republic of Iran is currently among the top 10 countries in the world in some fields, while American Islam spoke differently and believed that it is impossible to reach this point with pure Islam.”

Hujjat al-Islam Farhani expressed, "In the past 200 years, whenever Iran has been involved in a war, it has failed, but the Holy Defense was the only war in which more than 80 countries united against us, but we did not give a single piece of the country's territory to the enemy, and this was the result of generational training which Imam Khomeini (RA) was in charge of.”

He reminded,” Before the revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA) created a school of thought in Qom, which led to his arrest, but after that, we witnessed the cultivation of students such as martyrs Beheshti and Bahoner, who were trained by this school of thought and later became students of this school of thought. Figures like Shahid Motahari entered education and helped to promote this intellectual movement.”
