Hawzah News Agency- Shia scholar Ayatollah Mohsen Araki made some remarks at the commemoration ceremony of the passing away of Ayatollah Abdul Nabi Namazi, which was held in the Grand Mosque of Qom on Tuesday, January 30, that during his honorable life, this divine scholar was always with the people and a friend of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.”

Ayatollah Araki stated,” How has it happened that Iran, Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq are standing up against the oppressors? These all originate from the Islamic Revolution of Iran; A nation who is a follower of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).”

The member of Qom seminary teachers’ society continued,” These resistances have no precedent in human history. What power and factor could make the subject of resistance alive and dynamic in our society?”

A member of Qom’s Society of Seminary Teachers said,” The secret behind the strength of the resistance front in Iraq, Gaza, Lebanon and Yemen is the concept of martyrdom that the people of these countries look forward to it.”

He added,” We are confident of victory today and we know that the God’s nation is always victorious. Today, the enemy media use every capacity to weaken us with disappointing news, but we know that we will win with our strong determination.”

Ayatollah Araki emphasized,” Today, Gaza, the Islamic resistance, the front of resistance against the British, Americans and Zionists is a test for the Islamic Ummah and a platform for the emergence of Hazrat Mahdi (PBUH).”

He concluded by saying,” I had the honor of knowing Ayatollah Namazi for more than 50 years and he was known for his piety, knowledge, grace, modesty, philanthropy and awareness. He always followed the line of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and the Leaders of the Islamic Revolution.”
