Hawzah News Agency- the ceremony of the second demise anniversary of Late Grand Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani (RA) was held with the speech of Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, the head of Iran’s Seminary, and in the presence of scholars, seminary figures, provincial officials and different groups of the people in Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH) mosque in Qom.

In this ceremony, the Chief of the Office of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the representatives of the offices of Shia sources of emulation, the head and members of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, a group of members of Iran’s Assembly of Leadership Experts, officials, professors, scholars, students, and different groups of people were present in this ceremony.

In this ceremony, Ayatollah Arafi spoke about the scientific, moral and epistemological characteristics of Late Grand Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani (RA) and said,” In addition to scientific efforts and activities in the direction of promoting religious and Islamic education, this pious scholar defended the values of the revolution and the guardianship of religious jurist throughout his life.”
