Hawzah News Agency- Head of Iran’s Islamic Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi had a meeting with the members of the strategic headquarters of artificial intelligence of the Islamic Seminary at the poster unveiling ceremony of the first international conference on artificial intelligence, culture and Islamic sciences on Monday, December 12 during which he asserted,” working in the field of artificial intelligence is a very important and sensitive task. We hope that holding such international conferences will continue the existing works and lay the foundation for future efforts.”

Highlighting the development of humanistic Islamic sciences, he pointed out,” Today, we rely on an ancient history of science and culture and the history of Islamic civilization that the seminaries serve as the flagship of this ancient civilizational, and also the seminaries were scouts and pioneers in the expansion of science in all countries.”

Ayatollah Arafi expressed the importance of the role of artificial intelligence in shaping human civilization and said,” naturally, such a topic in the Islamic intellectual system that we have in the speech of the Late Imam Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution deserves attention and it should be used and benefited from. We must pay attention to artificial intelligence so that it is on the right path and plays a positive role for development of human civilization.”
