Hawzah News Agency – The best deed is the one that is accepted by Allah SWT, no matter what it is, large or small. What the deed is, is not so important it is the acceptance by Allah SWT that carries the weight.

Once Prophet Abraham AS and his assisting son, Ismael AS built the foundations of the Holy Kaaba, he prayed and said:

رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا

“Our Lord, receive this from us.”1

Considering the enormity and the importance of the work being done, the building of the House of God, the mecca of worship for humanity, the builder being one of the Great Prophets, Abraham AS and his son, Prophet Ismael AS, considering their goals, and where prophets will perform their circumambulation, Angel Jibraels AS airport and the birth place of Imam Ali AS, all that being considered with all of its significance, it was still the acceptance of their work by Allah SWT that was most important رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا!

Even the building of the Holy Kaaba, had it not been accepted by Allah SWT, would have had no value.
