Expressing regret over tragic incident in the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad, the President said, "The loved ones who were martyred and wounded were jihadist, influential, sincere and well-known students in Mashhad and its suburbs".

Hawzah News Agency – Speaking at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi described the students as real servants of the people, especially the deprived in Mashhad, and said, "Those who were hostile were from the Takfiri movement, and the colonialists and hypocrites must not be allowed to abuse ethnic and religious issues to sow discord between Muslims and the people of our country with neighbours; because sowing dicsord is one of the old methods of the colonialists".
Dr Raisi further pointed out the problems caused by the frost on crops for farmers, and emphasised, "The groundwork to help farmers should be laid so that they do not get under pressure".
The President also instructed the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad and the Vice-President for Science and Technology to use the capacities of knowledge-based institutions to prevent frostbite of agricultural products by anticipating and preventing it.
Mr Raisi also described the fair distribution of credits in the provinces of the country important and said, "In the payment of credits, justice should be considered".
The President also considered the preparation of cultural and justice annexes important in decision-making and said, "The Supreme Leader of the Revolution has repeatedly stressed the need to prepare cultural and justice-oriented annexes and all important decisions and actions of the government should have cultural and justice annexes".
Emphasising the need to pay attention to administrative health in the executive apparatus, Dr Raisi called "self-control" the most efficient monitoring system and said, "This monitoring method is formed by religious education in the family and educational system, and by serving God".
