The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participates in the International Building, Reconstruction and Investment Exhibition.

Hawzah News Agency – The Engineering Projects Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participated in the first international building, reconstruction and investment exhibition, which activities kicked off this afternoon, Wednesday (February 16, 2022, corresponding to Rajab 14, 1443 AH) in the Najaf Governorate, on the grounds of its international exhibition, with the participation of 80 Iraqi, Arab and international companies, and it will continue for three days.
Head of the Construction Industries Division in the aforementioned department, Eng. Bassam al-Hashemi, told Al-Kafeel Network: "The participation was through three divisions affiliated with the department specialized in the production of construction, service and investment materials, namely the Water Division, which produces and manufactures desalination and filtration plants of all kinds, where models of desalination plants that produce water were presented."
He added, "As for the Construction Industries Division, it reviewed a model of its products that it manufactures from construction materials, such as the types of concrete that it produces, and cement blocks of various types, in addition to muqarnas and others, as well as the participation of the construction laboratory for engineering examinations, which presented its laboratory and engineering examination mechanisms on which its laboratories rely, and the results it achieved being a holder of the international ISO certificate from the Iraqi Accreditation Authority, and a consultant rank from the Iraqi Engineers Association, and it includes engineering staff specialized in this work.”
Al-Hashemi explained that "participation in this exhibition is for the purpose of introducing the recipient and the exhibition goers to the products of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and the projects it implements, which are characterized by the quality of their products, the accuracy of their production and their competitive prices offered in the Iraqi market, in addition to learning about the experiences of other companies."
It is noteworthy that the exhibition is being held under the auspices of the Governor of Najaf, Majid al-Waeli, and with the support and backing of its Investment Authority. It aims to support strategic and infrastructure projects and help companies and investors see the investment reality, and get a real idea about all the requirements, controls and conditions for establishing such projects in the country.
