Hawzah News Agency –Speaking on the sidelines of a ceremony to inaugurate a specialized clinic in Chenaran County, Khorasan Razavi Province, the deputy custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, Malek Rahmati, referred to the expansion of essential healthcare services as the major benefit of endowments.
Rahmati congratulated the healthcare workers on the national Nurse Day, appreciating their hard work and sacrifice during the pandemic. “Whereas many developed countries have faced huge challenges in tackling the Coronavirus pandemic during the past two years, our country has handled the pandemic as best as possible thanks to the diligence of nurses and healthcare workers”.
The deputy chief of AQR further touched upon the necessity to trust the younger generation, noting that “had it not been for the Iranian youth’s great work in producing vaccines, we wouldn’t have been able to import even one dose. That is because other countries would try to take advantage of that weakness – which had been obviated with the domestic production of jabs”. He noted that the same happened for other healthcare and medical equipment. “This means that we should rely on domestic capacities and talents to become stronger”.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the official commemorated Hossein Agha Malek, the benefactor behind the specialized clinic in northeastern Chenaran County, stressing “AQR has always attached great significance to safeguarding the endowed properties and putting them to the right use as wished by the benefactors”. He also noted that providing healthcare services, building and equipping hospitals, educational programs, and public utility enterprises were always high on AQR’s agenda, expressing readiness to resolve any problems in the county within the framework delineated in the deed of endowment.
The specialized clinic of Samen Al-Aemeh Hospital has been in the making since 2017. It is currently offering a broad range of services on specific areas of medicine such as laboratory services, dentistry, dialysis, etc.
