Hawzah News Agency –Paying tribute to the great martyr Badreddine, Hoj. Ahmad Marvi pointed to Lebanon as one of the Shia bases throughout history, saying “Southern Lebanon has always been a historical location to promote the culture of the Infallible Imams (AS), and a place for training well-known scholars such as Sheikh Baha'i’s father, Mohaqeq Korki, the first martyr, the second martyr, etc., each of whom has rendered great services to Shia school of thought and promotion of Shiism.”
He further commemorated the great martyrs of the Lebanese Resistance Movement, noting that the Lebanese Shia name is associated with martyrdom, resistance and endurance which they have proved and manifested in numerous fields.
According to him, the Lebanese resistance front has embodied Imam Hussein’s slogan of “no bow down to oppression”.
“Israel's 33-day war with Hezbollah in Lebanon is an unprecedented, unique and lasting phenomenon in history, during which Lebanon's Hezbollah was able to resist the Israeli army, armed to the teeth, and defeat it; This great event is one of the divine blessings and miracles,” he said.
Hoj. Marvi, called the Lebanese Shia Resistance Movement, the pride of the Islamic world adding, “We clearly have seen God's promise (if you help God's religion, it helps you and strengthens your steps) in Lebanon, Syria and the region.”
