Hawzah News Agency (Mazandaran, Iran) – Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Mofid Husseini Kouhsari took part in the council of Mazandaran Seminary on Wednesday. During the meeting, the cleric highlighted the role of communications, international relations and media activities as three top priorities in future programs of Iranian seminaries’ office for international relations.

Hujjat al-Islam Kouhsari pointed out that the officials of Iranian seminaries have a close and deep observation over these three agendas and added, "If we take meaningful steps to pursue these important goals, we will definitely realize our desired results in the future of Islamic seminaries."

Reiterating that media plays a key role in the activities of Islamic seminaries’ office for international relations, he added, "The Islamic seminaries, as an influential organization, need to capitalize on their media potentials in order to engage in promotional activities; in doing so, we need to reconsider our current trends and try to improve our present capacities in this regard."

Head of Islamic Seminaries’ office for international relations concluded, "Iranian seminaries are considered as an influential organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran; therefore, we need a strong media network to introduce and promote our objectives as well as our programs."
