Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) – In an interview with Hawzah News correspondent, Hujjat al-Islam Mahdi Rostamnezhad, the Islamic Seminary's deputy of educational affairs, asserted, "More than 20 thousand volunteers have signed up for this year's admission test to enter Islamic seminaries; With regard to our experience in previous years, the volunteers will go through the entrance exam first and then the top ones will participate in oral interview to be questioned on their knowledge; after these stages are done, only 5 to 6 thousand of the applicants will be finally accepted to enter Islamic seminaries."
The educational deputy of Iranian seminaries further said, "Entering the Islamic seminaries is a very rewarding and special event; so, those who are in charge of the admission process do their very best to select the most qualified applicants to study in Islamic seminaries.
