Hawzah News Agency (Qom, Iran) - In a meeting with Iranian ambassador to Guinea held on December 31 in Iran's Qom, Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpaygani, a senior cleric, thanked the Iranian official for his ongoing efforts in the African country of Guinea and said, " you should appreciate this opportunity which has been provided for you and your colleagues to promote genuine Islamic teachings; Be thankful to Allah almighty for this privilege bestowed upon you. I pray to Allah for your further success in spreading the message of Islam."

He further asserted, " I remind you that boosting interactions among Muslim scholars will eventually serve the benefit of Islam and Muslim Ummah."

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Shia source of emulation highlighted the importance of promoting Islam worldwide in an authentic and appropriate manner adding," participation of Muslim scholars in international events, conferences, meetings and global scientific gatherings will help us introduce the world to Islam, Quran as well as Prophet Muhammad's (sawa) insightful teachings."
