Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Seyyed Hassan Mousavi, speaking during Friday prayer sermons in Badgam, Kashmir, said Iran's resilience against global pressures and its adherence to principled stances stand as a lasting inheritance from the martyred leader's vision and leadership.

Highlighting the stature and contributions of the martyred leader Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, he said his services were not confined to Iran alone. His role in consolidating the Islamic Revolution, strengthening unity within the Islamic Ummah, supporting the oppressed and standing against injustice constitutes an enduring chapter in the contemporary history of the Muslim world.
The head of the Shia Association of Jammu and Kashmir added that the martyred leader's role in safeguarding Imam Khomeini's revolution and transforming Iran into a powerful, independent and influential nation remains unforgettable. Iran's steadfastness in the face of global pressures and its commitment to its principled positions are a legacy of his insight, leadership and tireless efforts.
He stressed that the Islamic Ummah remembers with respect and gratitude the services, resilience and support for the oppressed rendered by the martyred Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei.
The prominent Kashmiri scholar also strongly condemned recent insulting and inappropriate remarks directed at the martyred leader, expressing deep regret over such statements.
"Such remarks wound the religious sentiments of Muslims in Kashmir, Ladakh and other regions. Disagreement can never justify insulting religious figures," he said.
Hojatoleslam Mousavi emphasized that freedom of expression must not become a tool for insulting religious personalities and offending people's religious sentiments.
He further called on authorities in India's Ladakh region and relevant officials to take immediate and decisive legal action against those responsible, expressing hope that serious measures would prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
The head of the Shia Association of Jammu and Kashmir concluded by urging the public, particularly the youth, to maintain calm and restraint while responding peacefully and within the bounds of the law to any provocations or tensions.
