Hawzah News Agency- Following the Friday prayers, delivered amid a heightened atmosphere of grief and defiance, the funeral procession moved solemnly through the city. Amidst chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel,” mourners carried the coffins of the martyrs to their final resting place in the Martyrs’ Garden of Ali ibn Ja'far (peace be upon him).
The crowd, comprised of religious scholars, students, families, and citizens from across the city, called for a decisive and painful response from Iran’s armed forces to the Zionist regime’s latest act of aggression. The voices of rage were matched with tears, as citizens expressed both sorrow and resolve in the face of what officials have called a “terrorist and criminal act” by the occupying regime.
Today’s funeral was not only a moment of collective mourning, but also a declaration of steadfastness and spiritual resistance. The city of Qom bore witness to what officials described as an "epic display of empathy, insight, jihad, guardianship, and martyrdom"—an embodiment of the people’s unshakable allegiance to their faith, nation, and leadership.
The five martyrs, whose identities were not immediately released pending family announcements, were buried with full honors as symbols of sacrifice and defiance in the ongoing struggle against oppression and occupation.
