“I Wish I Were Iranian Too”: Palestinian Student’s Powerful Tribute to Iran’s Resistance

Palestinian youth express admiration for Iran’s defiance and solidarity with the oppressed

Hawzah News Agency – In the wake of Iran’s powerful retaliatory strikes against the Zionist regime following recent attacks that claimed the lives of Iranian military commanders, scientists, and civilians, a wave of international support and admiration has emerged across the Islamic world and beyond.

One particularly heartfelt message has captured attention—a moving letter written by Mohammad Moneem, a Palestinian medical student, who shared his deep admiration for the Iranian people and their leadership in the global struggle against oppression.

Writing on his social media page, Moneem expressed gratitude, pride, and longing to be part of the Iranian nation:

“Bless you… Today, I say from the bottom of my heart: I wish I were Iranian too—so I could share in this glory and honor that the free nations of the world admire.”

Moneem emphasized that Iran has become a global symbol of resistance, honor, and courage, standing firm in the face of tyranny and injustice. He described the Islamic Republic as “the only country that has dared to strike back at the arrogant and the criminal powers” and praised the IRGC and Supreme Leader for their leadership.

“You live in a land that means zeal, dignity, and defiance for the world,” he wrote. “The enemies fear your progress. But how can they stop a nation with 7,000 years of civilization and an unbreakable spirit?”

Referring to the global outpouring of solidarity, Moneem noted how young people from Europe, Asia, Africa, and even America are publicly voicing their support for Iran and praying for its soldiers.

He concluded his message with a solemn and emotional declaration:

“I, a Palestinian who has been a guest in this beloved land for many years, say today from the depths of my heart: I will sacrifice my life for Iran. I declare my readiness to defend this noble nation and sacred land.”

This powerful message is just one among many expressions of solidarity from across the Muslim world, including from youth in Lebanon, Yemen, the Persian Gulf, and Gaza—underscoring the growing sentiment that Iran’s defiance resonates far beyond its borders, inspiring movements of resistance and dignity around the globe.

Hello dear Muhammad We follow the school whose slogan was first shouted by the grandson of the Prophet of Islam Muhammad in the desert of Karbala. He said, "Death with dignity is better than life with humiliation" And this way of thinking is the difference between us and many Islamic countries, compromise. The same Imam who, with a small number of his companions and family, became a victim of the struggle against oppression, but did not submit to humiliation and became a model for the free people of the world. If Islamic countries make the life of this Imam their priority. They will not give their money and oil to Israel and America, and the oppressed people of the region, including dear Palestine, will return to their original owners. Contact me via this email.
