Islamic Banking Event held in Islamabad, Pakistan

A specialized meeting on Islamic banking was held with the aim of promoting Islamic financial concepts attended by scholars and students at Al-Kawthar University, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Hawzah News Agency- a specialized meeting on Islamic banking was held with the aim of promoting financial and economic concepts based on Sharia, with the presence of scholars, professors and students of the seminary at Al-Kawthar University, Islamabad, Pakistan.

In this scientific program, Hujjat al-Islam Shobeir Hassan Maysami, a member of the Sharia Committee of the Central Bank of Pakistan, attended as a special guest and delivered the keynote speech.

This event was organized within the framework of the educational programs of the Al-Sadiq Institute, which is designed to raise the awareness of students and professors of seminaries about the principles and structures of Islamic banking across the country. This institute strives to establish a strong link between religious teachings and modern Islamic financial systems by providing specialized training.

The speakers in this program explained the position of Islamic banking in contemporary society and the necessity of its development, and shared their jurisprudential, scientific, and executive views with the participants.

The event was widely welcomed by professors and students. The attendees, while learning about the basics of Islamic banking, actively participated in the interactive atmosphere of the meeting. At the end, a number of selected participants were honored with awards.
